This part of the neighborhood is great for a day at one of the many parks or a bike ride along the greenbelt. With prices similar to those found in Arcadia Lite it is just a matter of preference for those who live here. Lower Arcadia Neighborhood Association
The Lower Arcadia neighborhood is supervised by the Arcadia Osborn Neighborhood Association. The organizations is headed by Neal Haddad and it’s primary function is to “communicate issues with the neighborhood and represent families with issues in the city.”
