Just South of Indian School Road, Lower Arcadia shares many of the same characteristics as Arcadia Proper. This part of the neighborhood is great for a day at one of the many parks or a bike ride along the greenbelt. With prices similar to those found in Arcadia Lite it is just a matter of preference for those who live here. Similar to the rest of Arcadia, residents of this part of the neighborhood are well positioned to make quick commutes all over central Phoenix and Scottsdale which is why it is a highly desired area of Phoenix.

Lower Arcadia Neighborhood Association
The Lower Arcadia neighborhood is supervised by the Arcadia Osborn Neighborhood Association. The organizations is headed by Neal Haddad and it’s primary function is to “communicate issues with the neighborhood and represent families with issues in the city.”
