Part of my job as a real estate agent is helping my clients see the potential in certain properties. I recently had the opportunity to remodel a townhome in the Arcadia Lite community of Bridgewood. Bridgewood is a mid-century modern community off of 40th Street and Campbell just North of La Grande Orange. This community was designed by Al Beadle and was built in 1973. In my opinion, it is the best townhome community in the Arcadia area and one of the most unique in all of Phoenix. Not only is the design of this complex cool, but you are within walking distance to all of the major Arcadia restaurants.
The soaring ceilings and walls of glass make you feel like you are living in a New York penthouse. You can literally open up both the front and back of the unit to make it one big indoor/outdoor space.
Before and After of my remodel….

4652 N 40th Street is currently on the market and listed for $469,000. If you are interested in seeing this property or have any other questions about Arcadia real estate, please give me a call at (602)-561-0445.
