Good-bye, Carmel’s and Havana Cafe. Hello, Buck and Rider! Buck and Rider is a new seafood concept by Bob Lynn, founder of La Grande Orange and a slew of other great Arcadia restaurants. Buck and Rider will be a staple to the newly redeveloped 44th Street and Camelback intersection. You can expect the menu to be filled with a ton of fresh fish, sushi, chowders, and an oyster bar. The restaurant will find a good niche in the Arcadia area where it is tough to come by good seafood.
